30-Day Money Back Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Due to hygiene and personal care standards, used products cannot be returned

Our team will send you the full return instructions promptly.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout

  • Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 1 business day

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your tracking number until the refund is completed.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Order Cancellations

Change of Mind / Exchanges

  • Items must be unused and unopened

Lost or Missing Orders

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date.
